Bowalie is a luxurious and comfortable 40' sloop that is berthed at Harbour Village Marina. She is well equipped and fitted with a swimming deck and freshwater shower at the back of boat. Down below, you find a head (bathroom), a cabin for changing clothes, and a place to store your belongings. Explore Washington Slagbaai National Park by 4 wheel drive truck, followed by an adventurous sail from the national park back to Kralendijk’s Marina. Tour with Hans, an experienced naturalist, through the best part of Washington Slagbaai National Park. Highlights are: the rough east coast, blowholes, iguanas, parrots, flamingos, ancient coral reefs and stunning views. Around noon an excellent lunch is served on the beach at Boka Slagbaai, where you also have the opportunity to snorkel. Here you meet Captain Walter and hostess Liezeth of the Bowalie sailing yacht. A unique combination of snorkeling, sailing, and a guided mangrove kayak tour. Included is a complete lunch on the beach at Bonaire’s most beautiful lagoon. You will be welcomed by Walter and Liezeth before you leave the harbour for our favorite snorkel stop. Then we set sail and explore the bay of Bonaire on our way to the historic South. With the trade winds, this is a nice comfortable sail. At Pink Beach you will be introduced to Hans from Outdoor Bonaire. He will be your guide for the salt ponds and the slave huts.
